Harmony Samurai 2b - Women of the Woods series.
Graphite pencils on 11x17 inch tan toned Strathmore paper.
The Women of the Woods series started back in 2005. The objective of the series was to study women role-playing masculine characters in the Brandywine Woods. The young woman who played the role had never hear of a samurai. I dressed her up in my Aikido uniform, gave her a sword and a brief description of the character and off she went.
